As I’m turning age 51 I find that, due to 2 hip replacements and other arthritis, it is very hard for me to compete at the sports I love such as softball, skiing, and running. As we age do we all reach a spot when we just have to quit?

I am only in my 20s but i play in an adult hockey league and i would say that at leastt half of the guys in the league are in there 50s and there is another league that is almost entirely 45 plus. 2 hip replacements is probably hard to play hockey or ski for that matter. consult a doctor or look up wellness solution for suggestions on how to change your training habits or workouts to stressdifferentt muscles
